An exhilarating experience mixing the musical sounds of the Italian language with the savoury .taste of typical Italian food. Take a one- week course where you will be taught how to hand-make pasta, prepare a delicious Bolognese ragù, cook the simplest though  flavourful “ribollita”. You will be wandering through the ancient, silent streets of Pistoia, getting to  the lively,  colourful open-air market of “la Sala”, where you will be taken to buy the ingredients for the meals you will  later  cook and then  enjoy together with your teachers
